Good to know

Is this a forecast?

No, it's a model. Every number comes from your own assumptions. Be careful with visits and conversion rate: base them on your own results where you can, and check what happens if they're half what you hope.

What should I use as the value of a conversion?

Your profit, not your price. If a job is worth €100 but costs you €60 to deliver, its value here is €40. Counting the full price makes any investment look better than it is.

Why does the return start so low?

Search traffic usually builds over months as pages are found, trusted and ranked, so the first months cost more than they return. Results also tend to continue after you stop spending, which this model doesn't count.
